You agree to all of the participation (ordering, volunteering and pick-up) requirements and guidelines listed on our website and email messages. You understand that placing and retrieving your order(s) within these stated requirements and guidelines is your responsibility. All members must place advance orders through the WAzzuOR Raw databases during the open order period(s). All members must pick-up their order(s) at the specified pick-up location(s), on the pick-up date(s), at the specified time/timeframe listed and approved by you. If you fail to retrieve your order at this specific time/date/location, you agree to forfeit your order in full without reimbursement or a refund. Any shortages, weight changes, and/or discrepancies are to be noted on your individual invoice and must be declared before you leave the pick-up site. We do not backorder. In addition, it is your responsibility to review your order and products before you leave the pick-up site for accuracy, to ensure correct product as listed on WAzzuOR Raw, LLC labels.
All activities associated with the group, including pick-ups and ordering, are done at your own risk. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mike Mason, Debbie Mason | WAzzuOR Raw, LLC and its members, managers, officers, owners, employees, service providers, suppliers, agents and the assigns of same from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of any product or service. All sales are final. All perishable (fresh or frozen) food products are non-returnable. The buyer assumes all risks associated with the use of these goods, whether used alone or in combination with other products. It is expressly understood that we are not responsible and will not be held liable for damages and/or injury caused by the use of any of these products, and that our liability ceases with prudent delivery of these products to our pick-up locations.

I understand and agree that my work and/or presence on any site, including but not limited to any business, residence, cold storage facility, supplier, or processor, and the site where I pick up my order, are at my risk and my risk alone. Animals and young children must be accompanied by an adult and kept under control at all times.
Site Rules:
Each pick-up location has site-specific rules. These rules are listed on the WAzzuOR Raw, LLC website. You agree to follow all site-specific rules and regulations as posted.
WAzzuOR Raw, LLC Member Code of Conduct Form:
Code of Conduct: All WAzzuOR Raw, LLC members must agree to and follow the below member requirements:
1) VOLUNTEER: If you would like to place an order with WAzzuOR Raw, LLC, you must volunteer at least three times per calendar year. * Licensed WA/OR veterinarians that promote raw feeding and “Non-Volunteer” Level Members are exempt from fulfilling the annual volunteer requirement.
2) PICK-UP: All members must place advance orders through the WAzzuOR Raw website during the open order period(s). All members must pick-up their order(s) at the specified pick-up location(s) –which are agreed by you in advance, on the pick-up date(s), and during specific pick-up hours listed. If you fail to retrieve your order at this specific time/date/location, you agree to forfeit your order in full without reimbursement or a refund.
3) STAY CURRENT: Pay any money requests sent to you via invoice or total posted on our website and outstanding balance notices within 7 days or by the specified due date. Keep current with notices and announcements made through email either directly or through Mail Chimp; we do not contact people individually as a rule unless you are overdue on your payment or have no confirmed your order. In those cases, we may contact you via email, phone or text. Nearly all communication is made via Mail Chimp emails, so make sure you are reading these messages regularly. Read and respond to direct emails, texts, and Mail Chimp emails.
Non-Compliance and Membership Suspension/Cancellation: If a volunteer member has ordered, but not yet volunteered by the end of Sept., their membership will be suspended without notice or additional reminders. All order(s) placed by such non-compliant members will be cancelled until a volunteer job has been actually completed. After completing a volunteer job in full, these members can start placing orders again. Members that fail to pick-up their order(s) at the specified pick-up location(s), on the pick-up date(s), and during specific pick-up hours listed more than once per year or once per every four (4) orders placed will have their membership suspended indefinitely/cancelled. Members that do not pay outstanding balances within 7 days will have their membership suspended until the balance is paid
in full including all late fees.
